The non-litigation aspect of the firm's practice includes business and commercial law, and general practice. We represent a large number of non-profit and for-profit entities in general corporate and business matters, in commercial transactions and contracts, and in commercial real estate and zoning. We provide counseling and training to employers on employment matters, and represent them in labor relations. We represent individuals in real estate, zoning, estate planning and probate, conservatorships and miscellaneous matters.
